Meet Your Guide
Mikayla Bostic
Mikayla Bostic, with extensive experience in higher education and the non-profit sector, recognized a significant gap in holistic support for learners during her own journey through an online master’s program. Balancing full-time studies, professional commitments, and community work, she experienced firsthand the challenges adult learners face. Despite the resources available, Mikayla found that traditional educational support often failed to address the broader, real-life needs of students.

Motivated by this realization, Mikayla combined her expertise in education and non-profit work to create a Holistic Educational Advocacy program. This initiative was designed to provide well-rounded support that goes beyond academics, addressing areas like work-life balance, mental health, personal development, and practical skills.

Mikayla's mission is to empower individuals to thrive in every aspect of their lives by offering guidance, resources, and a supportive community. Through her work, she seeks to redefine education as a journey of growth, resilience, and opportunity—equipping learners to achieve their fullest potential in both personal and professional realms.
